Emma Singla is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in supporting teenagers and adults as they navigate mood disorders, trauma, and the complex transitions of early adulthood.

Emma earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Social Work at Lewis University and continued to complete her master’s in social work degree at University of Illinois Chicago (UIC). She has experience working in hospital settings, community mental health centers, foster care settings, and others focusing on crisis intervention.

She utilizes an integrative, evidence-based approach to clinical care. She has extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), providing clients with practical, “in-the-moment” tools to manage emotional dysregulation and distress. Her practice is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care, ensuring that every individual feels safe, validated, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
