Crossroads Counseling Services, PLLC, is an established, growing private practice looking for Licensed Therapist(s) (Psy.D., Ph.D., LCSW, or LCPC) to work days/evenings in our Yorkville office location. Ideal candidate must be able to work with children and adolescents and/or couples. Must be IMCANS trained (or willing to complete training) to work with state insured clients.

What we need:

• Dependable, licensed clinician that is able to work independently with minimal oversight, but has access to that as needed
• Completion of notes within 48 hours
• Strong clinical judgement and ethical decision-making
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and documentation best practices
• Strong character matters – empathy, integrity, honesty, communicative and dependability to name a few

Job Description:

The qualified Psy.D/Ph.D, LCSW or LCPC candidate develops and implements therapeutic treatment plans, sets goals and objectives for therapy services, displays competent communication skills and possesses experience in clinical documentation. Must have the ability to establish clinical rapport.

Job Qualification Requirements:

Psy.D/Ph.D, must have a Doctorate level degree and licensure in the State of Illinois.

LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LSW, ALMFT must have a Masters level degree and licensure in the State of Illinois

JOB HOURS:

Full or Part-time applicants with ability to work some evening hours and possible weekends. Typical case loads take a bit of time to build, job hours are almost always part-time and build from there if a full-time case load is desired.
