Kristen Noble, APRN is a board-certified Family and Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse practitioner holding dual certification with the American Nursing Credentialing Center. She has spent nearly 20 years working in health care in a variety of different settings and roles throughout her career.
At a young age, she felt called to work in a healing profession following her Christian faith and upbringing. Her passion for healing made her gravitate toward the fields of nursing and psychology. She often has been referred to as the “voice of reason” and is always willing to help those in need.
Kristen received her B.A in Psychology from Lewis University in 2007, her BSN from Blessing Rieman College of Nursing in 2010, MSN from Grand Canyon University in 2012, MSN and Post-Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner Certification from Olivet Nazarene University in 2013, and her Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification from the University of St. Francis in 2017.
She currently is providing medication management for individuals 14 years and older suffering from mental health issues.
Kristen’s practice interests include depression, mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, substance abuse, eating disorders, women’s issues, domestic violence, and trauma.
Kristen places a strong focus on whole-person holistic treatment and believes that healing the mind is just as important as treating the body. Her practice style is relaxed, open-minded, and straightforward, and likes the patient to be as involved as possible in the treatment process. Kristen seeks to incorporate alternative therapies, including nutrition, and traditional methods of treatment into her regimen and is always eager to learn new techniques and strategies for her patients. She continues to keep up to date with the latest trends and evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.
In her spare time, she enjoys writing, reading a good novel, listening to music, running, and spending time with her friends and family.
Kristen Noble joined Crossroads Counseling Services in February 2019.
Practice Hours: Kristen currently offers appointments in the Plainfield and (Morris) offices.
