Angela C. Solis is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
She received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of St. Francis in 1995 and her M.A. in Health Science form Governors State University in 1997.
Angela's previous substance abuse treatment experiences include working with both inpatient and outpatient facilities. Her mental health treatment experiences include individual, family, and group therapy adolescent and children's therapy, and dealing with a variety of mental health issues. She also has experience working with the juvenile justice system.
Angela's practice style is primarily based in cognitive behavioral therapy. Issues she can address include: depression, anxiety, bipolar, stress, substance abuse, relationship issues, family issues, eating disorders, self injurious behavior, self-esteem issues, multiple types of addictions and weight management.
Angela opened Crossroads in April of 2007.
