DAWN (MILLS) McCOLLOM, LCSW

Dawn (Mills) McCollom, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Dawn received her BS in Social Work from Illinois State University in 1997 and her Master in Social Work from Washington University in 2004, specializing in children, youth and family treatment. 

Her treatment experiences include individual, couples and family therapy, adolescent and children’s therapy, and a variety of mental health problems. Dawn also has experience working with issues of trauma related to child abuse and neglect. 

Treatment areas include anxiety, depression, bi-polar, stress management, anger management, adolescent issues, relationship issues, school issues, trauma, sexual abuse and family disruption. 

Dawn uses an eclectic approach designed to best meet the needs of the individual client. The techniques primarily employed by her include: cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, family systems theory and solution-focused therapy. 

She joined Crossroads Counseling in May, 2010.
